Luciano- Schiavonea, Calabria.

Luciano is fisherman. He has a little boat (called "Orgoglio", meaning "Pride")  in the port of Schiavonea- Corigliano Calabro in Calabria (very south of Italy). The port of Schiavonea used to be one of the largest fishermen port in Italy but also one of the poorest. Today there are only a few boats left, many fishermen have quit this extremely painful and hard working job, but Luciano keeps  staying, despite the harsh conditions, he goes on with passion and fulfillment, even if he dreams of a better life for his son, who is in Florence studying Architecture.
